| Thurlow, Lisa | DDS, Dr. Thurlow is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, Kansas City, Mo., with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She graduated from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kan., with a degree in Human Development. She has maintained a private dental practice in Johnson County, Kan., for over 20 years after completing a General Practice Residency program at the Kansas City VA Hospital. Dr. Thurlow serves on the Board of Directors for the REACH Healthcare Foundation and is a Dental Champion for Oral Health Kansas. She is active in the community in terms of service and a leader in organized dentistry, serving in multiple elected offices including President of the Fifth District Dental Society, delegate to the Kansas Dental Association and has served on the peer review committee for over 20 years. With a passion for public health, Dr. Thurlow strives to expose future clinicians to the great needs and opportunities to serve the poor and underserved in Kansas City.
