LEAD4310 : Leadership
This course examines and contrasts process theories, relationship theories, and management theories of leadership. Student will also begin to understand how sensitivity to cultural differences can play a role in effective leadership. The role of the leader will be examined in relation to the various leadership theories and definitions.
