SOCI3350 : Organizational Behavior

This course will explore organizational behavior through analysis, evaluation, comparison and contrast and other means of exploration. By participating in discussion, creating written assignments, writing in journals and creating two case studies, students will learn about individuals and groups in organization. The course will also explore, motivation, morale, leadership, training and development, unions and other aspects about organizational behavior. Finally, there will be a brief overview of organizational systems and structures.
